Married
just 10 years ago to her best friend of some twenty years,
Mattie and her husband Will settled in the Colorado Wet Mountain
Valley in 1997. Mattie Burtt's background is that of a small
business owner. From managing 10 or more employees effectively
in a highly competitive quick printing business, Mattie knows
the meaning of customer/client service.
Her business
experience and the attention she gives to her clients explain
why Mattie has racked up some impressive sales statistics
as a realtor in Westcliffe, Colorado. Sales of homes valued
at $200,000 and over during the year 2000 totaled 22 sales,
of which Mattie listed or sold 7 of these (32%). Mattie has
